  • Verification helps us ensure the privacy, trust, and safety of our community. This step protects members from stigma, misinformation, and uninvited outsiders.

  • Providers can request access to the platform and, once verified, generate invitation codes for clients or patients.

  • Verification documents are deleted immediately after approval. We never store sensitive documents longer than necessary and maintain strict data privacy standards.
